what the hell is going on in my head.a

i hate feeling like this. thinking like this. i can’t talk right now. i’m making such a big deal out of nothing. the answer isn’t even definite yet. i’m driving myself mad, i don’t know what the hell to do with myself. i feel like we can’t even talk right now. like nothing’s coming out right. i’m being over dramatic and immature because i’m tired and can’t stop thinking things. not even things that have to do with anything anymore. just completely irrelevant things. i hate when i spiral down like this and get into my moods. i’m literally eating myself alive. i need to stop posting my thoughts on the internet and go back to writing to myself. i seriously need to stop.

i’m done.

my throat feels like it’s closing

and it’s starting to hurt to breathe.

i really feel like i want to throw up.

my body is getting so hot.

nothing is helping.

i’m sorry i’m getting like this.

i need to get out of my head.

fuck.

These two were supposedly based on a real couple, who said they wouldn’t board a life boat as long as there were younger people still aboard the ship. They both went below deck, presumably to their room, and that’s the last time they were seen.
That’s Isador and Ida Strauss, who died together on the Titanic the night of April 14-15, 1912. He urged his wife to board on a lifeboat but she refused and was witnessed to have said “We have lived together for many years. Where you go, I go.”

Hoooorayyy! I found the little video of The Lorax that my kids watched when they were tiny critters. Loved it. Ain’t technology grand? Yes, it’s a bit outdated, doesn’t have Disney’s glitz and shine… but it does have Dr Seuss’ words, and the brilliant lesson/story that he so sweetly told back then.

Long before saving the earth became a global concern, Dr. Seuss, speaking through his character the Lorax, warned against mindless progress and the danger it posed to the earth’s natural beauty. Unless someone like you…cares a whole awful lot…nothing is going to get better…It’s not.

“—which is not about the environment, it’s about filling your life with things you don’t need and missing the beauty of life.” - Evan Rachel Wood on The Lorax
